This role is the eyes and ears of our internal and external online community channels and is responsible for leveraging existing and emerging social and digital technologies to create an exceptional online experience for our customers. This is a lead role, you will be the first line of communication to our online customers.

Respond to all inquiries and questions within agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLAs)
2+ years experience in paid media / digital marketing
Platform experience with Paid Social, Paid search, programmatic and Google Analytics
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working part of team and collaborate with others
Strong attention to detail
